Jun 05, 2019 · My internet works fine on other devices but on my laptop it doesn’t work. It says its connected to the internet and there is a wifi connection but I can’t do anything on the internet, it just shows a tab with “Can’t reach this page” When I restart my laptop, it works for like 5 minutes then the problem appears again. Since unpacking, I have been unable to connect to the internet, either by wifi or ethernet, while other computers were connected at the same time. I ran all the diagnostics on the HP machine and it suggested deleting the 3 network drivers and restarting the machine.
