Ok so here's the scoop , I have a VPN setup on out ASA5510 , authentication is happening via local user database and local certificate authority. Everything works as it should on a windows XP system , install the certificate , launch Anyconnect , the VPN connects just fine. On a windows 7 Pro insta Hello together, I have upgrade our Citrix NetScaler (VPX) from 11.x to 12.0 Build 57.24. With my Windows 10 Client I dont recnognize any kind of issue but some of our Users with Windows 7 have different issue. 1. internal access of company websites not work. (Also tried with different browsers) 2 issues VPN connections on Wireless network with WIN7 64 bit. I had exactly the same problem with 2.1.4, and I also Check that every device between the client and the Shrew Soft Vpn Windows 10 (or go to browse C:\Windows\System32\Notepad.exe ) => and see what it shows inside. Jun 26, 2014 · Now I guess whether a VPN appliance is "more secure" than an RD Gateway is open for debate, but my point is that if I have a Juniper VPN or a F5 or Sonicwall or whatever, a) I've got it for a reason and b) it should allow for RDP. Using the same laptop on the client side, I can make a L2TP-IPSec VPN connection to the same VPN gateway, same webvpn profile, and successfully connect to the SQL server database instance. The connection win7 is parsed and loaded by the the IKEv2 charon daemon but the VPN gateway will act as a responder and passively wait for the Window 7 client to start the IKE negotiation. I can connect to the server, but don't see any of the drives and/or folders within the servers.
